Effective September 14, 2026 · Service messages about requested projects

ArumSolar Energy Ltd. uses the mobile number, contact details, project information and SMS choices you provide to respond to your requested solar or battery-storage enquiry, coordinate appointments and share project updates.

We keep records of your SMS consent and unsubscribe requests so we can respect your choices. Our messaging service also processes message content and delivery information. Microsoft Azure Communication Services and telecommunications carriers help deliver these messages and may process information outside Canada.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with other businesses for their own marketing. We disclose messaging information only as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes.

You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP. For help, changes to your contact details, or questions about access to or correction of your information, contact Wilson Chen at wchen@arumsolar.com or +1 403 619 7855. We retain information only as needed for the service, consent records and applicable legal requirements, then securely delete or de-identify it.
